On Friday afternoon, Engine Company 28 was dispatched as the fourth-due (Rapid Intervention) engine for Box 39-02. Upon arrival, the company stretched a backup line to Side Alpha and stood by as assigned. Company 28 operated on scene for approximately two hours before returning to quarters on Annapolis Road.
