pJust before 3pm the Box Alarm was struck for 8316 Ardwick Ardmore Rd at the Silver Cab Company for a building on fire. Units arrived to find a maintenance garage well off. After 5 mins of a defensive attack crews went in to knock the rest of the fire and clean up hot spots. Units operated just over an hour to control the fire. Chief 48A Miller was assigned Fire Attack Group and coordinated the efforts of the attack. One male worker was transported to a nearby hospital with burns to both arms. Fire Investigations were on the scene and indicates the cause was a flash fire from a torch .p
