pat 1116pm Station 28 was dispatched for a crash on Pennsy Dr and Veterans Pkwy. Engine 28 arrived to find one on its side and the driver trapped. The Rescue Squad stabilized the vehicle and flapped the roof down to removed the driver while the engine had a charged hoseline in place.
