divEvery Tuesday is our drill night on top of our night duty night drill. Tuesday had a lot going on. Station 48 had CPR refresher going on downstairs the PG County Infection Control course going on upstairs and proper lifting of patients and the ambulance stretcher in the engine bays while station 28 worked on truck company operations with the rookies. nbspdivdivbr nbspdivdivIt was a long night and a lot of good training done. Just after midnight we got to put our CPR skills to work on an overdose right down the street. Engine 28 assisted the medic unit loading the patient and getting them to the unit and than gave the medic unit manpower and drove the ambulance to the hospital. The patient was still hanging on when we cleared the call. After a few more medical calls by both stations we got a good nights sleep. nbspdiv
